The after-hours team are also excellent in handling travel emergencies. The online travel booking tool, which we use extensively, particularly for domestic and trans-Tasman bookings, is efficient and effective and the customised quarterly reporting is beneficial. Moving to Corporate Traveller as a travel management company 3 months ago has been beneficial on so many levels. However none more so that moving into the restricted travel scenario with COVID 19. Without requesting, we received a list of all forward travels bookings so decisions could quickly be made on what travel needed to be placed on hold or credited. The Corporate Traveller Travel team have been outstanding in recommending best case scenarios and looking at the best options in locations for our drivers on essential services where motels and hotels with restaurant have been shut down. This has provided our operations teams with a service they would have once needed to do themselves in amongst the busy operational tasks are managing during the lockdown. We had to try to get students back to their home countries amidst the chaos of COVID-19 closing borders. The customer service from our Travel Manager, which is always amazing, has been fantastic throughout this difficult time.
